SemiPXI has partnered with OpenATE to provide their PXI products for your semiconductor test needs.

OpenATE provides open architecture ATE hardware/software modules necessary for IC test solutions. You can build your own IC tester with these modules and other PXI instruments from National Instruments or other vendors, resulting in the most effective (density and cost) digital IC tester based on off-the-shelf PXI instruments.

 

• PEMU32: 32 digital channels at 10MHz data rate, with 32 PMUs.
• QSPI: 8 digital channels at 50MHz * 4 sites, 4 PMUs. SPI and I2C master.
• PE32H: 32 digital channel 50MHz PXI-3U Card, with shared PMU and dynamic pattern generation capability.
• PE32C: 32 digital channel 100MHz PXI-3U Card, 2.5V 3.3V or 5V TTL with 64M capture depth.
• PE16: 16 digital channel 66MHz PXI-3U Card, with Per-pin PMU and Pin Electronics (Driver, Active Load), 5ns edge resolution
• PEMU8: 8 digital channel 50MHz PXI-3U Card, with Per-pin PMU (up to +17V) and Pin Electronics (Driver, 24mA active load).
