Limited Hardware Warranty

SemiPXI warrants its hardware products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date it is shipped to the customer. If a customer purchases a product from SemiPXI, integrates it in a system, and then sells the system to other parties, the warranty period still begins on the original ship date from SemiPXI to the customer.

 

Warranty Repair

The customer may return a defective hardware that is covered by warranty for repair. SemiPXI will repaire or replace the defective hardware that is covered by warranty, free of charge. All repairs carry a 90-day warranty starting from the day the repaired item is shipped back to the customer. If the product warranty expires sooner than 90 days, the repair remains under warranty for the full 90 days.
